1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@seo-surat.in within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once our warehouse receives your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Transfer). You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, SEO Surat Portal will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you are returning the item because you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
