All orders are processed and fulfilled directly from our inventory within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We provide Free Shipping on all orders across India. No hidden charges will be applied at checkout.
All orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. However, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We take full responsibility for your order until it reaches your doorstep. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@seo-surat.in with your order number and photos of the damaged item.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund as per our Return Policy. (We will handle the claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf).
